Image #1: I choose the grit photo because as a emperor you need to push yourself to your limits and behind. You need to be uncomfortable to the point where eventually you bring out your best self. Without grit you and your empire will go nowhere.
Image #2: I choose the plan picture because as a leader you always need to have a plan B because failure is normal. If you never change your approach you’ll never get anywhere. So if you fail once get up and try again.
Image #3: I choose the leadership picture because as the leader of a huge republic like Rome you need to have leadership qualities. You need to take into account everyone’s needs so that your empire can be happy because if not, you better head for the hills.
Image #4: I choose the brain picture because you need brain power. As a leader you can’t have a hollow head. You need to be smart because you have a nation counting on you!

4 Reasons why the western roman empire fell.
#1: Invaders. This is a main reason why Rome fell. The barbarians cut off resources to Rome basically starving them from the outside world. Once Rome was weak enough the barbarians attacked.
#2: Over expansion and military overspending. With a huge empire it can be very hard to govern it all. Also if you put all your money in military there will be no money for your empire so this could possibly cause corruption.
#3: Weakening of Roman legions. As the legions weakened there was no one to protect Rome. So all the invaders could attack.
#4: Rise of Eastern Empire. This is a reason Rome fell because as the East got bigger and bigger the West was to dependent on them because this is where all there resources came from. So when the West was getting attacked the East didn't help the West, instead they worried about themselves.

After the fall of Western Rome the east still began to prosper. The East had far better resources than the West and much more protection. The capital Constantinople was in the East also. After the West fell though the name of the East became the Byzantine Empire even though the people in it still called themselves Romans. The East latest until 1453 AD about 1000 more years than the West.
